Very good and neat,good location!

The location was perfect, very clean and comfortable.

The owner didn't receive my message regarding extra information that i send so they didn't the key info. When I called they answered right away and guided me on the phone. The bathroom door couldn't be locked well and the toilets door doesn't close without locking.

This apartment is very good! Especially for groups or families.

Great location! At the main area of city center of Vienna. Lisa was a lovely hostess who helped us with everything we needed. Facilities were fine. We were using three rooms and we had everything.

The fridge was full of ice so it always brought water to the floor. No air conditioning! Only ventilation. It’s wasn’t difficult but sometimes we needed cold environment. N o cleaning services during the staying.

The apartment is located in a perfect location it fits to up to 9 people but the kitchen is small

Great location with huge ceilings and windows.

Great communication from host.

The only cooling in the unit was a swamp cooler...that said, with the huge windows and numerous fans, it almost was not needed.

Great location to explore old Vienna.

Location was excellent for touring old Vienna.

Nothing of real importance but the decor could be updated a bit. The pictures for some reason are placed on the wall up high. Looks a bit odd but we were there to explore the sights so did not stay long in the apartment.

I would highly recommend this big apartment. Host very hands off but kept in touch

Great location, very spacious apartment, very clean and mostly updated, bathroom soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee and tea provided. 4 Nice size beds in rooms with darkening shades and 3 bathrooms

Washing machine needs attended to; was very noisy and no soap provided. There was a recently painted smell that we lived with but it was very noticeable

Great location, fast wifi, well-provisioned, little two-bedroom apartment near the Opera House

Well-stocked apartment. (I hate when rentals only provide like 2 forks and one sheet of paper towels. Apartments Opera, on the other hand, provided enough supplies that it almost felt like home, so I was glad for that) Wifi was very fast, and seemed to work well throughout the whole apartment. Easy check-in/out process. Didn't have any issues, so didn't have to ask the host for anything. Good location: almost across the street from the opera house, walking distance to Hofburg Palace and other sites, close to a major metro station and tram stops. Comfortable beds, quiet at night. Other guest reviews reported issues with not enough hot water for two people, but honestly we didn't encounter that problem at all.

Only minor issues: Floor could be pretty squeaky in parts -- there's a bit in front of one of the bedrooms that I would be careful to avoid stepping on, so as not to disturb my friend who was sleeping there. I wouldn't call it cramped, but it's not a very spacious apartment, The master bedroom is fairly large, but the rest of the apartment rooms felt like trying to cram into limited space. It's okay for two people, but might feel cozy with more than two.

Very Good

The location is very central. Checkin and communication with the host was very easy. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with most of the cooking essentials.

The toilet was too small and the mattress can be more comfortable.
